How many puffs does each Cube provide?

Puff counts vary by series. As a simple guide: Crystal Cubes are engineered for higher capacity (up to about 35,000 puffs), while Classic, Sweet, and Ice Cubes are typically rated up to about 25,000 puffs. Actual results depend on how you vape (length of draw, power usage, and temperature).

Do I need a new device every time I want a new flavor?

Nope! Your Crystal Kit or Classic Kit is reusable. When a Cube is finished—or when you want to switch flavors—simply snap in a fresh Cube and you’re good to go.

What’s the difference between Crystal, Classic, Sweet, and Ice Cubes?

  • Crystal Cubes: High-capacity, transparent-style pods with a premium feel.
  • Classic Cubes: Straightforward, bold flavors with an easy, reliable draw.

Are Cubes rechargeable or refillable?

Cubes are disposable and are not designed to be recharged or refilled. The Kit base (your device/battery) is the rechargeable part of the system.

Are the Kits and Cubes draw-activated?

Yes. Just inhale to activate—no buttons or complicated settings required.

How do I know when a Cube is used up?

You’ll usually notice a few signs: flavor fades, vapor output drops, and the draw may feel tighter or less responsive. If your battery is charged and the connection is clean, it’s likely time to replace the Cube.

My device isn’t hitting—what should I try?

  • Recharge the Kit: A low battery is the most common cause.
  • Reseat the Cube: Remove and firmly reattach to ensure solid contact.
  • Check contacts: If needed, gently wipe the contact points to clear residue.
  • Swap the Cube: If performance stays weak, the Cube may be finished.

How should I store my Kits and Cubes?

Keep them upright in a cool, dry place. Avoid heat, direct sun, and extreme cold—these conditions can affect flavor, battery life, and overall performance.

Which Cubes work with which Kits?
