What’s Covered

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (per tracking) if they fall under:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Products damaged from misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible.

Health & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective.

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived DOA or the wrong product was sent.
  • In eligible cases, we’ll issue a prepaid return label.
  • All return requests must be approved within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (photos or video may be requested)

Processing & Resolution

  • Defective items → replacement (if available).
  • If replacement is unavailable → store credit or refund to original payment method.
  • If item is functional → may be returned to you or store credit offered at our discretion.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
